Booking policy:

When booking, cancellation and no-show penalties apply.

To secure the booking, a 50% deposit must be paid on the booking day. No refunds or exchanges applies for all treatments.

Online Bookings:

Must be confirmed with credit card details to secure your booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be done before 48 hours of the appointment. The maximum number of cancellations is 3 times, then the whole deposit will be lost. No shows or cancellations on the same booking day will lose the entire deposit, and the next time you book, you will be required to pay the full treatment amount.

Treatment Packages:

• Will have an expiration date to use by.

• No refunds, no exchanges, or transfers to other customers.
