Updated Loyalty Card Policy

Dear valued customers,

Due to increased cancellations during this difficult time without sufficient notice, we have updated our Loyalty Card Policy. To join our loyalty membership and receive rewards towards treatments, you will need to fulfil the following: 

  1. A commitment to treatment plans recommended by us.

  2. All packages must be paid in full upfront.

  3. Free rescheduling if you notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  4. Treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused treatment packages can be exchanged for store credit to be used for other treatments or services.

  5. Loyalty cards are for use only to the person addressed on the card, and cannot be transferred or shared with other individuals.

For those who received this loyalty card before this new policy, we are happy to continue pay as you go until your package is completed.
